Our training plans take into account your busy schedule and physiologic make-up to ensure your time spent training is efficient as possible. This personalized approach keeps you on track and is the most effect way to reach your goals.

Data Metrics Used in Individual Training Plans

Lone Peak Performance's coaching plans are created for each client based off of their individual needs and goals. We use metric tools like heart rate and perfomance management charts to ensure your coaching plan is tailored to you. 

 

Gold Coaching Plan

  • 1 monthly meeting or phone call to review plan and check-in about progress
  • Workout plan is updated every week based on progress and heart rate/power analysis of workouts. Includes feedback of training.
  • Unlimited text/email correspondence; Monday – Friday (9-5)
  • 1 performance test included when athlete commits to 6 months (Either: VO2max, Functional Threshold Power, or Gait Analysis).
  • This is for the athlete who has multiple important races throughout the season and requires frequent monitoring of training and recovery.

Cost: 259/month

Silver Coaching Plan

  • 1 meeting at beginning of training to plan out workouts and set goals
  • Workout plan is updated every two weeks based on progress and heart rate/power analysis of workouts. 
  • Unlimited text/email correspondence; Monday – Friday (9-5)
  • 50% off performance test of choice when athlete commits to 6 months (Either: VO2max, Functional Threshold Power, or Gait Analysis).
  • This is for the athlete who has one or two important races during the season and needs monitoring of training and recovery

Cost: 209/month

Bronze Coaching Plan

  • 1 meeting at beginning of training plan to plan out workouts and set goals
  • Workout plan is updated every month based on progress and heart rate/power analysis of workouts
  • Email correspondence; Monday – Friday (9-5)
  • This is for the athlete who is on a budget but needs helps with structure throughout the year.
