Terrance McLellan, Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Terrance McLellan joined the Lone Peak Performance staff in October 2020 with an extensive background in Human Performance. He has experience working with professional athletes (NHL, NBA, MLB, MLL), collegiate athletes, high school and youth athletes. Prior to Lone Peak Performance, Terrance was living in Connecticut where he was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Quinnipiac University. During his time at Quinnipiac he worked primarily with Men’s Basketball, Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Tennis. He also assisted with Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey. Before Quinnipiac, he also spent time at Duke University, Springfield College, and University of Maine Orono working with a variety of Olympic Sports and Football.

Terrance is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach and Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR-Level 1) certified.

Terrance earned his Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Quinnipiac University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Maine. While at the University of Southern Maine, Terrance was a 4 year letter winner and starting defenseman on the Lacrosse team.
