Join us for our FREE Total Performance Hour!
During this hour, you will:
- Have one-on-one time with a trainer
- Participate in circuit training exercises
- Learn how to properly warm up and cool down
- Receive valuable information and guidance on nutrition and exercise.
Class occurs every Wednesday at 5:30pm; please come 10 minutes early to warm up.
