Our Performance Coaches help clients with a full body fitness approach directed towards their needs and goals. Our team help clients focus their workouts, create motivation and produce desired results. They are skilled problem-solvers who can confidently enhance strength, challenge balance and condition the body. Our coaches will also act a bridge between physical therapy to fully rehabilitate any injury.

Class Types

  • PEAKFoundations: Foundational movement patterns focused on coordination, balance, and stability. For those just beginning their fitness journey or recovering from an injury, we will offer modifications for every exercise.
  • PEAK360: Utilizes a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX, and free weights in addition to body weight movements. Across the board, this level will be challenging and exciting at any level of fitness.
  • PEAKHIIT: For our advanced clients & athletes. Performance-focused exercises and functional strength training to keep even the fittest challenged and working at a high intensity.
